I am an Instigational Motivator.

An illustrator, writer, and designer working full-time from a home-based studio and mobile office, I have a passion for living the digitally-analog life while educating (and learning from) my daughter. My goal is to create a sustainable, mobile life for my family while teaching others how to work successfully and independently utilizing current technologies.

I believe in art as a healing tool and an agent of change as much as I believe that you can educate anyone through play. Living my life as creatively as possible, I have been freelance for more than 30 years, as well as a homeschool mom for 17 of that. I hold a graduate certificate in Instructional Design & Technology and a Masters in Creative Writing (screenwriting for film, television, gaming, and animation) from Full Sail University.

My No-Bucket List | Moved to this post here.

“Water never waits. It changes shape and flows around things, and finds the secret paths no one else has thought about — the tiny hole through the roof or the bottom of the box. There’s no doubt it’s the most versatile of the five elements. It can wash away earth; it can put out fire; it can wear a piece of metal down and sweep it away. Even wood, which is its natural complement, can’t survive without being nurtured by water.”

– Arthur Golden, Memoirs of a Geisha
